Danielle shares a little bit about accupressure below:
Acupressure is one of the many tools used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Acupressure is used by applying gentle and consistent pressure on specific points along the body to open and released stored emotions within the physical body and the channels.

E-motions are energy in motion felt within our bodies, which are meant to flow, be felt, and released with ease. When these emotions build up, anxiety can arise due to the emotions of overowrry, fear, fright, shock, and more.
Acupressure offers an effective way to calm the tension of anxiety, ease the woes of worry, and ensure the mind of safety. Acupressure points to calm, ground, and be present will be taught as an at home, self-care practice.

Danielle Dickshinski, L.Ac. is a licensed Acupuncturist in Arizona, who specializes in emotional balance and wellness. Within her practice, Thriving with Eastern Medicine & Acupuncture, she combines the tools of Chinese Medicine such as Acupuncture, Reiki, herbal medicine, nutrition, and more to customize a plan to help others learn how to thrive. She has a passion in treating Women's Medicine, digestive health, and trauma.
