Lobster Mania in Full Swing Eddie’s House Thursdays through Saturdays, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend
Each summer for the past 16 years, Eddie’s House has celebrated the most delicious crustacean – the lobster! Lobster Mania takes place each week at Eddie’s House, Thursdays through Saturdays, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Now is the time to enjoy fresh, East Coast lobsters right in Old Town Scottsdale.
Chef Eddie Matney flies in fresh East Coast Lobsters each week. Lobsters range in size from 1 lb. to 1 ¼ lb. each. Every lobster entrée is accompanied by two sides and those sides are subject to change weekly. You could go and enjoy Lobster Mania every week and nosh on a new meal to dazzle your taste buds.
One of the reasons that Lobster Mania is so special is because lobsters are delivered live right to the middle of the desert from 3,500 miles away. These are not frozen lobsters, rather, lobsters are delivered live and cooked and prepared when ordered. Talk about fresh! Because Matney hails from the East Coast, many of the lobster dishes are favorites from that region.
“I have been working with these specific East Coast suppliers for more than 30 years and I have a great relationship with them,” states Matney. “It’s always great when my restaurant guests are surprised with new dishes and fresh lobster at my restaurant in the middle of summer. They love it!”
